Stephanie Cohen is a Consultant within Deloitte’s AI & Data practice in Central Europe, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and delivery. She focuses on helping organizations turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that drive better decision‑making, adoption, and measurable impact.
With over 15 years of cross‑sector experience spanning technology, insurance, and AI‑driven transformation, Stephanie has worked extensively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Her work places a strong emphasis on enablement, adoption, and capability building, supporting leaders and teams as they develop the skills, confidence, and operating models needed to apply AI effectively in real‑world settings.
Alongside her consulting work, Stephanie serves as Executive Producer of The Generative Edge, a podcast by AWS and Deloitte. In this role, she shapes the editorial direction of the podcast and explores Generative AI and Agentic AI through expert interviews and practical perspectives on how organizations are navigating technological change.
Stephanie is based in Prague and works with international clients across Europe.
