Spasiana, based in Deloitte Bulgaria, currently leads Employer Branding across all CES while also representing the region in the EB CoE. She loves bringing people together through authentic stories and creative initiatives that strengthen the organization's identity across geographies. As she steps into supporting the TBDSC, her aim is to bring structure, clarity, and a people-centered approach to everything the team does.
