Lena is a Partner at Deloitte Central Europe, leading the Strategy and Transactions team in the Zagreb office, with a focus on M&A advisory, corporate finance, due diligence, and valuation and modelling. She has over 20 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, controlling, and reporting.
She has significant expertise in all aspects of M&A transactions, including M&A Transaction Services, valuations, and business modelling across Central Europe. Her sector focus includes retail and FMCG, as well as the hospitality industry.
She also serves as Deloitte Central Europe People and Purpose Leader and, as part of the Deloitte Central Europe Executive, leads an initiative focused on the continuous development and career management of top talent and partners.
Lena holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School, New York, USA.
