With more than 17 years at Deloitte, Alenka has a wealth of experience in both direct and indirect taxation advisory. She is highly skilled in handling international tax matters, conducting thorough reviews, structuring transactions, transfer pricing, and assisting in M&A transactions, especially those involving cross-border deals.
Alenka holds a master‘s degree in economics and finance of Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana, Business Administration. Alenka is also speaker at business events, writer of articles and expert opinions in local publications on various tax topics.
