Describe your day to day role
Working in Consulting is a priceless opportunity. I have been able to work on diverse projects across offerings, from forensics to estate planning, human capital management, liquidation, turnaround and restructuring and a myriad of other offerings. Each day presents new opportunities that challenge you to reach beyond your potential. Daily tasks include assisting and inspiring stakeholders to achieve their goals and executing managerial skills to achieve goals and solve complex issues.
What else have you been involved with since joining Deloitte?
Mentoring young people to assist with their development into productive adults, coaching and mentoring professionals to achieve their career goals, and presenting motivational speeches and training on the Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax, Ethics, Fraud, Forensic, Investigative skills, Insolvency and Financial Planning to various internal and external parties.
What is Deloitte’s role in your longer term career goals?
Working at Deloitte affords me the opportunity to make an impact that matters, training, and mentoring professionals to address business needs, assisting stakeholders achieve their goals, and working on local and international engagements to resolve issues. These opportunities are innumerable with limitless opportunities, which continues to assist in my long-term career goal of helping people succeed.
