Anand leads Deloitte Canada's applied AI practice. He has extensive experience delivering strategy and implementation programs of AI platforms at leading banks, insurers, airlines, retailers, telecoms, and public sector entities. In the Canadian Office of Generative AI, he serves as Chief Architect. He leads notable AI partnerships for Deloitte with cloud providers, foundation model companies, and leading startups. He also advises numerous global Deloitte teams and clients in the US, EU, and APAC on generative AI strategy and delivery. Some of Anand’s recent client success stories in Gen AI have won technology awards and have been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, on Google Cloud Blog, and will soon be featured in Harvard Business Review.
Anand specializes in ML engineering on cloud-based distributed systems, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Anand also spends time working on large-scale business transformations, where he has played a cross-functional role in product strategy, tech. leadership, and program delivery. His career spans 15 years in Consulting at Deloitte.
