Ada Le, PhD

Senior Manager, Strategy, Risk & Transactions

Ada is a seasoned expert in behavioural science, with a specialization in healthcare. She uses an understanding of the human mind to solve complex health system challenges and to bring a different way of thinking. ​ 

Ada is an award-winning researcher who has published in top-tier scientific journals. She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Toronto and was previously a postdoctoral research fellow at York University. Looking into the mechanisms that drive physical behavior change, she has adopted a wide range of research methods throughout her career, from neuroimaging to motion tracking. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ada was the Vice President at BEworks, where she oversaw the health care portfolio, managed a team of scientists, and served on the executive management team. She started her industry career as a MITACs research fellow at Cisco Systems Canada.​ 

Ada has worked with pharmaceutical, med tech, public health, and consumer wellness companies such as Novartis, BMS, Johnson & Johnson, CVS, and Canadian Blood Services on developing customer adoption and communication strategies. Her broad sector expertise and strategic oversight gives her a unique perspective into how health organizations can more deeply and accurately understand and address consumer needs.​
