Jason Novakovski is Deloitte’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory national leader, focusing on assisting Finance teams with complex accounting, processes, people and technology. Jason specializes in due diligence procedures, accounting and regulatory reporting requirements, and M&A for both public and private companies. He is also a subject matter expert on accounting matters under IFRS and US GAAP as well as Canadian securities requirements and SEC regulations.
