Our annual Bloom Scholarship Program focuses on addressing systemic barriers and inequities. Through this program, we aim to support and empower students from equity-seeking groups, while providing them with opportunities to explore their potential and get a head start on a thriving career in an award-winning culture, recognized for fostering inclusion.
The Bloom Scholarship Program provides three routes for students to be a part of the program. Students will be awarded a one-time $5,000 scholarship towards eligible school expenses, as well as the opportunity to complete a work term at one of our Canadian offices.
As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing education and employment for Black people in Canada, as well as empowering Black talent through our Black in Canada series. This scholarship aims to empower Black students by providing them the opportunity to gain valuable work experience at Deloitte.

The interview format will vary depending on the position you are being considered for. This may include a behavioural interview and/or a case assessment. For some roles, an online assessment is also required.

No, we are accepting individuals from both Co-op programs and non-co-op programs. If you are part of a co-op program, your time at Deloitte may count towards a Co-op credit in your degree program.
The proposed work term is four months, with the possibility of an eight or 12-month term depending on student and business requirements.

This scholarship was created to support Black students in their studies, while also providing them with an opportunity to gain valuable experience in their field. We understand that students face various expenses, from tuition fees to food, travel, and accommodation. That’s why we do not limit the expenses eligible for this scholarship. Once received, the scholarship can be used at the sole discretion of the recipient.
Selected students can expect to receive the scholarship in one installment prior to the start of their work term.

Krystal Ball is a Jamaican born mutli-disciplinary artist now residing in Toronto. She is a mixed media artist whose work explores identity, culture, and resilience through vibrant combinations of textiles and paint. With over 15 years of experience, Krystal has exhibited internationally and led impactful public art projects, including the Mural of Hope series in Dominica in collaboration with UNICEF and the I Have a Right Foundation.
Her murals, such as those at Toronto’s BAND Gallery and Harbourfront Centre, celebrate diversity and community, mixing elements of augmented reality in her work to add interactive layers, while her gallery work reflects her personal journey as a Caribbean immigrant. Over the years she has worked as a Cultural Advisor to organizations working to break into the Caribbean art market.
Krystal’s innovative use of fabrics collected during her travels adds depth to her art, which has been recognized for its emotional resonance and cultural significance. A dynamic creator and community leader, Krystal continues to inspire through her art, brand collaborations, and storytelling initiatives that merge creativity with advocacy.
