We are committed to building an inclusive culture in everything we do and helping to develop future leaders in Canada. Our annual Bloom Scholarship Program focuses on addressing systemic barriers and inequities. Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

Creating an accessible and inclusive environment for people with disabilities is deeply important to us. We provide support and accommodations to our people based on their unique needs, which could include adaptive technology, flexibility of working hours, a modified work-from-home configuration, and other resources.

We aim to build a better future for all by not only accelerating access to knowledge but also by removing barriers that prevent people from accessing opportunities. That’s why our AccessAbility Action Plan is so important: it reaffirms our commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and accessible environment at Deloitte for people with disabilities—through action.

Applications are open to students from across Canada who identify as members of the people with disabilities community, with applications closing on Friday, January 19, 2024. Selected students will be awarded a one-time $5,000 scholarship and the opportunity to complete a paid work term at one of our Canadian offices within the year.
