How to get there

Where are we?

Deloitte Gateway Building | Luchthaven Brussel Nationaal 1 J | 1930 Zaventem

By train

The train allows you to conveniently travel to Brussels Airport from major cities in Belgium and the Netherlands. When travelling by Thalys high-speed train from Paris or Cologne, or the Eurostar high-speed train from Lille or London, change trains at Brussels South Station. Brussels Airport - Zaventem Station is located on Level -1 of the passenger terminal, a short distance from the departures hall (Level 3). When exiting the departures hall, walk to your left to find the main entrance of the Deloitte office.

To consult train schedules, go to the dedicated Brussels Airport Zaventem Station page and click on the orange button to get real-time information. To buy a ticket enter "Brussels Airport" as point of departure or destination on the booking page and select "Standard ticket". You will then be directed to a secure page to finalise your purchase.

By bus

Over 300 bus journeys pass through the airport daily. When arriving at the bus station located on Level 0, take the escalators or elevators to Level 3 (departures). Exit the terminal to find our office just a short walking distance to your left.

De Lijn operates bus services to and from Brussels North Station, NATO, Brucargo E19 parking and multiple Flemish cities. All De Lijn services that run via Brucargo depart from Platform B. The other De Lijn services depart from Platform A. Journeys on De Lijn buses between stops within the airport perimeter are free. Consult De Lijn travel information for detailed schedules or download the De Lijn app for iPhone or Android.

MIVB/STIB buses all depart from Platform C. In addition, the Airport Line is a 30-minute express service between Brussels Airport and the European quarter, a stone's throw from the uptown shops. In order to save time and money, buy your ticket from the GO ticket vending machines before boarding. These machines accept Maestro bank cards, credit cards and coins. For real-time information, you can visit the mobile website or download the STIB app for iPhone or Android.

How to get to Gateway when arriving by public transport?

By bike

Cyclists can follow a fenced-off cycling track (partially marked in red) from the roundabout in Zaventem to the bus station on Level 0. Bicycles can be securely attached to camera-monitored parking racks. Charging stations for e-bikes are also provided. From the bus park you have direct access to the passenger terminal. Take the escalators or elevators to the departures hall on Level 3. The Deloitte office is located just left of the terminal when exiting the building.

By car

The Gateway building is located on the airport premises and can easily be reached by car. From the Brussels ring road follow the signs to Brussels Airport. In most GPS systems Brussels Airport can be found under POI (Points of Interest). An alternative is to enter the crossroads A201/Vilvoordelaan at 1930 Zaventem. This roundabout is located at the start of the access road to the airport. To prepare your travel route in advance, you can use Google MapsMappy or ViaMichelin.

When approaching the airport you can go to the visitors parking (only if you have shared your license plate with your Deloitte contact and received a valid confirmation):

  • To reach the visitors parking, follow the A201/Leopoldlaan towards the airport area, keep right and take the exit for taxis and offices/industrial zone. Keep left and continue onto the roundabout. Take the second exit and follow the road sign 'offices - Gateway' (please ignore the signs indicating "Uitgezonderd vergunningshouders").  When approaching by car, the barrier will open automatically. On the next roundabout, take the second exit and stop at the barriers. These barriers will open automatically if you are announced as a visitor. If any problems occur, please make use of the intercom at your left side by clicking on the Deloitte logo. The security guard will verify your visit. You can park in front of the Gateway building.
