Supplier Information

Last revised: 1 January 2025

Deloitte’s commitment to responsible business is rooted in our Purpose—175 years of making an impact that matters for our people, society, and clients. Our Shared Values describe how we live our Purpose, and our Global Principles of Business Conduct explain our ethical commitments. Our Supplier Code of Conduct (“Supplier Code”) outlines our expectations of suppliers globally.

Deloitte NSE Responsible Procurement Policy

The goods and services we buy are the largest source of our emissions, exceeding 40% of NSE’s carbon footprint in 2024. Our supply chain also potentially exposes us to a wide range of ESG risks, from the exploitation of workers to illegal deforestation. Engage with our major suppliers so that 67% (by emissions) will have science-based targets by 2025 is one of the near-term goals of our WorldClimate strategy.

Buying responsibly is a powerful opportunity for us to mitigate risk and make a tangible difference – as individuals, as teams, and as an entire firm. Our spending power can be used to meet our business needs in a manner that delivers on our WorldClimate objectives and actively contributes to tackling the broader environmental and social challenges we collectively face.
As of 1 January 2025, the Deloitte NSE Responsible Procurement Policy has come into force.

The policy introduces minimum ESG requirements for suppliers that want to provide Deloitte with goods & services, more extensive requirements for strategic suppliers, as well as additional criteria we intend to work towards together with our Suppliers. The Policy is intended to establish a consistent NSE approach to reducing ESG risk and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in our supply chain, lay important foundations for compliance with upcoming regulations and – ultimately – make a positive impact on society & the environment. Therefore, we are using “sustainability” criteria to select our Suppliers within our sourcing process. Our ambition today is to work with Suppliers who are willing to contribute in a substantial way to our objectives such as having validated targets on near term, long term and net-zero within the SBTi framework (Set a Target - Science Based Targets) and having at least a Silver EcoVadis (EcoVadis) medal.

We want to encourage and support you as Supplier to actively take initiatives with a positive impact on the environmental, social and economic supply chain.

Deloitte’s Purchase Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every agreement between suppliers and Deloitte in regards to the supply of goods or services. By responding to a RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ, …) or by delivering goods or services, the supplier accepts our purchase terms.
