Effective as of 1st June 2025 (the Effective Date), Deloitte Belastingconsulenten/Conseils Fiscaux BV/SRL will merge into Deloitte Accountancy BV/SRL.
As of the Effective Date, Deloitte Accountancy BV/SRL will change its name into Deloitte Accountancy, Tax and Legal Services BV/SRL and all invoices will reflect the new legal entity details.
