Effective as of 1st June 2025 (the Effective Date), our Controls Assurance (including third party assurance) and IT Audit and Assurance services contracted and performed by Deloitte Consulting & Advisory BV/SRL, will be transferred to Deloitte Bedrijfsrevisoren/Réviseurs d’Entreprises BV/SRL (via a partial split).
