Steven is a Director in our Customer & Marketing department with a focus on Energy, Resources & Industrials industries. Within Deloitte, Steven is competence leader for Next Gen Customer Service & Field Service. 

With over 10 years of experience in management consulting focusing on IT strategy and digital transformation, he has advised clients across a variety of industries and helped them to successfully shape and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs, to define and execute digital-enabled strategies & roadmaps, to design and assess application & IT landscapes and to consistently establish the link between business strategy and value-driven operational realization whilst ensuring quality of delivery. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Ghent University.
