Sam is the BPS (Business Process Solutions) portfolio leader at Deloitte, with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and leadership roles. He specializes in helping private and family-owned businesses define growth strategies and has played a key role in Deloitte Belgium’s innovation initiatives. Since 2020, Sam has led Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 programme, aiming to foster innovation, creativity, and agility in organizations.

Sam has led an established career within Deloitte, with years of experience combining leadership roles within Accountancy (now Business Process Solutions) and as a strategy and innovation partner in Consulting. As an expert in Strategy & Innovation, he has led many engagements to define and roll-out the (innovation) strategy of our clients. He focuses on Private and family-owned businesses and assists them with the definition of their growth strategy. Sam has also been essential in implementing and rolling out the innovation strategy and roadmap for Deloitte Belgium and was a member of the Global Innovation Executive Committee en the Belgian Executive Committee. Since 2020, Sam has taken up the role as National Leader of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 programme with a heart for technology & entrepreneurship.
