Ruben is a Director within Deloitte Belgium and offering leader for the ServiceNow related services within the Technology Strategy and Transformation team.
He has a broad interest and affinity with technology and has core skills within the area of technology enabled business transformations, but is furthermore interested in a large range of technology driven topics. Building upon his background in core system replacement projects, he has developed his architectural and project management skills. He also has extensive experience in the Robotic and Intelligent Automation domain, where he supported multiple projects as Project Manager, Architect, Technical Lead, QA Lead and Trainer/Coach.
By delivering these various projects, Ruben developed a broad skillset relevant to both business and IT and especially the connection and communication between both.
