Nick Moris

Nick is the Deloitte GTS EMEA leader on automated solutions. Nick has 24 years of experience in advising clients on automating customs processes including bonded warehouse and duty relief programs.

Nick focuses on implementation and advisory services regarding global trade solutions in SAP (including SAP GTS, SAP ECC Foreign Trade, S/4 International Trade, SAP IS-OIL and SAP Beverage).
. In this respect, Nick assisted clients with the set-up of the following processes in the ERP environment:

- Classification
- Import/export declaration processes (paper based and electronic)
- Customs regimes such as bonded warehousing, inward and outward processing relief and processing under customs control
- Excise warehousing and excise reporting
- Preferential origin determination
- Export controls, embargo screening and denied party list screening
- Intrastat and VAT processes

Nick and his team supported multiple multi-nationals in the set-up of international trade processes in SAP such as classification, customs & excise processes, export controls and denied party screening among others.

Nick is also the author of the book "Implementing SAP Global Trade Services" published by SAP Press.
