Marc Van tieghem is a Partner in the Belgian Deloitte Legal Corporate M&A practice. He joined in 2013 from another leading Belgian law firm, where he started his career in 2001.
He has a broad legal practice, advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, real estate and infrastructure transactions, corporate reorganizations and corporate disputes. In addition to his wide experience in a variety of industries and sectors, Marc’s practice has a particular focus on shipping & ports, the public sector (including public enterprise and public private partnerships) and energy & resources.
Marc is also the offering leader for Legal Management Consulting (LMC) both in Belgium and NWE and a member of the Deloitte Legal core LMC team. Marc also is Global Lead Legal Services Partner for AB InBev.
