Laurent, a Deloitte Consulting Partner since 2009, leads digital and CRM transformation projects in the financial services sector. He combines deep business insight, expertise in Salesforce (including Financial Service Cloud), and strong program management skills to drive successful initiatives. Laurent is recognized for his leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, and teamwork in multicultural environments. He holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, and in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
Laurent joined Deloitte Consulting in 2009. Throughout his career at Deloitte, he has been leading several local & international digital and CRM transformation projects in the financial services industry.
By having a solid understanding of the business challenges that go along with a digital customer transformation, knowing very well the Salesforce capabilities (incl. Financial Service Cloud), and being able to manage and drive business & IT teams, Laurent has accustomed himself the ability to take up a leading program management and functional role on CRM and digital transformation projects.
