Kristof is a Director in the SAP service offering, specialized in delivering and managing digital transformation projects in an international context. He has built significant end-to-end process knowledge in E-Commerce, Sales, Order Fulfillment, Service and Billing combined with SAP technology expertise. Kristof is also the SAP Customer Experience leader in Belgium.
