Kevin Defour is a Director in Deloitte’s M&A Corporate Finance team based in Brussels. Since joining Deloitte M&A in September 2014, Kevin has gained extensive experience across a broad range of corporate finance projects.
His expertise includes buy- and sell-side M&A advisory, buyer and vendor financial due diligence, as well as strategy and growth initiatives such as commercial due diligence, strategic option reviews and portfolio management. Kevin has played a key role in numerous transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and capital raises across various sectors. Notable recent deals include the disposal of Tessutica to GH Private Equity, the acquisition of EQOS Belgium by Stadsbader and the disposal of Dairy Food Group to Royal A-ware, among others. Through his work, Kevin combines financial insight and strategic expertise to support clients in achieving their growth and investment objectives.
