Kathleen is Chair of the Supervisory Board for Deloitte Belgium. She is a former member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee, where she previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 until 2026.
During her tenure as CFO, Kathleen drove the finance digitalisation, embracing future operating models and keeping the business enlightened for leaders to drive business growth. Setting the strategy and delivering key outcomes has been an important area of responsibility as an Executive member.
She is a certified public accountant who conducted audits of listed and family businesses in the private industry. Working with clients always excites her, having worked for many listed companies in Belgium. This means Kathleen has built strong governance experience, reporting to boards and audit committees at her clients. As audit partner, Kathleen was member of the Management Committee of Audit & Assurance, having a relentless focus on strategic issues and defining concrete and tangible KPI’s, always keeping an eye on quality, purpose and inclusive culture.
