Jeroen is a Senior Director at the Workforce Transformation team in Belgium. He brings over 20 years of experience in corporate learning to the teams he works with and the clients he serves. Jeroen has a background as a consultant and engagement director for projects with a focus on digital learning and learning experience. In 2000 Jeroen started his career as a learning expert at a Benelux leader for bespoke e-learning content. In 2010 he joined Deloitte Learning Solutions. Two years later, he grew into a team lead role and in 2014 became Operations Manager. He planned, directed and coordinated the operations for the entire service offering. Jeroen is currently focusing on data-driven learning experiences, workforce transformation projects and co-leading the EMEA CoE for digital learning.
