Julie is a manager in the Transaction Assurance team at Deloitte Belgium.
Her primary role is to help clients’ finance teams to navigate through transactions (IPOs and M&A). She has experience in multiple capital raise transactions (private placements and Euronext/NASDAQ IPO), financial due diligences, carve-out and other transaction assurance projects.
Julie is a manager in the Transaction Assurance team at Deloitte Belgium.

She also dedicates significant time to the A&A complex accounting team, where focuses on IFRS conversions, IFRS financial statement preparations and complex accounting topics.
Throughout her career Julie built up experience on clients mainly in the life sciences sector.
