Hilde Wittemans

Hilde is a Partner in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte Belgium. With over 20 years of experience, she advises corporates and financial investors in their M&A transactions and divestments. Hilde leads M&A teams in acquisition and vendor due diligence projects, along with providing other M&A support, including SPA review, company valuations, and business plan reviews. She heads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) M&A practice within Deloitte Belgium and leads the Women in M&A initiative.
