Gregory Hameeuw is a partner in Deloitte Belgium’s multidisciplinary and integrated M&A Transaction Services group. He has more than 15 years of experience advising international organisations with global or regional headquarters in Belgium, and clients with significant business operations in Belgium, on corporate international tax, M&A and real estate tax. Gregory has also advised private equity funds and corporate buyers on both Belgian inbound and outbound transactions.
