Eric is the Managing Partner for Technology & Transformation and serves on both the Deloitte Belgium and NSE Consulting Executive Committees. With over 21 years of experience, he has led major transformation projects across industries, particularly in finance transformation and performance management. Eric is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on clients and organizations, building strong relationships with CFOs, and supporting their success and growth.
Eric is Managing Partner Technology & Transformation. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee and the Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) Consulting Executive Committee.
Prior to serving as Managing Partner for Clients & Industries from 2016 – 2023, and leading Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice, Eric was in charge of the Finance Transformation service line, focusing on finance transformation and integrated performance management. Over the last 21 years, Eric has managed large transformations for clients in a variety of industries, providing deep insights on issues that impact our clients the most and building close relationships with CFOs.
