The Reward team particularly is active in the field of Total Rewards - Reward Strategy, Job Design, Grading & Classification, Flexible benefits plans, Payroll incentives, Bonus plans, Corporate mobility, sales incentives and all broader related reward topics.

Before joining Deloitte, she was a Comp & Ben professional for several years as well as a Consultant within the field, which provides a holistic view on the organizational Total Rewards practice.
