Delphine Devos leads the manufacturing strategy practice in Belgium and supports COOs across the globe in translating their manufacturing strategy into an optimized manufacturing footprint. Next to that, she supports plant managers in uplifting their plants’ performance by optimizing capacity utilization, and improving material flows. Delphine has been active in various industries with a main focus on the Consumer Business and Life Sciences (pharma & med tech). She is experienced in operating in an international context and has worked across Europe and North America.
