I am a highly focused and business-oriented lawyer with over a decade of experience in Corporate M&A within a multidisciplinary and international environment. Passionate about Private Equity and Venture Capital, I guide clients through the successful closing of their transactions, always striving for pragmatic and innovative solutions. My goal is to consistently exceed client expectations and deliver results that drive long-term success. I am active at our Zaventem office.
