According to a survey conducted in 2020, 75% of respondents think that the creation and protection of knowledge is important or very essential for the success of companies in the next eighteen months. However, only 9% of respondents say that this issue is addressed in their companies (Deloitte Human Capital Trends, 2020).

The role of business trainers is especially important in a changing and uncertain business environment. In addition to playing a direct role in the process of continuous learning within the organization, they create the basis for increased productivity and profitability, easy adaptation to change and the formation of organizational culture.
