Ibrahim Sardarov has more than 22 years of professional experience. He had an extensive career across the region both within Big Four and Oil & Gas industry. Upon joining Corporate Finance Department at Deloitte Ukraine, Ibrahim became one of the leaders in transaction support services and overall M&A projects, providing his clients with buyside and sellside financial due diligence advisory, review of projections and business plans. He worked closely with several global investment banks including UBS, Goldman Sachs, Rothschild, Merrill Lynch, Nomura and a number of Ukrainian investment banks on various transactions. During his professional career he had provided assurance and advisory services to large multinational and local clients in Azerbaijan including SOCAR, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Eni group, CNPC and others. For ten years he was the CFO in SOCAR Energy Ukraine.
Mr. Sardarov is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), Great Britain. He is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Economics.
