• Review, preparation and presentation of historical and forecast financial information;
• Data room management, detailed risk mitigation plans and analysis of key value drivers and potential transaction road blocks;
• Assistance in preparation of financial and operational information relevant to bidders informed by our understanding of the level of detail and format of financial information desired by purchasers and their advisers;
• Ensure that all detailed financial information presented reconciles through to underlying data and is consistent.
