• (Post) IFRS 17 Transformation – As part of the global consulting firm, we have completed over 100 IFRS 17 projects using multi-disciplinary teams and have developed an extensive suite of thought leadership material and IFRS 17 tools and accelerators to support implementation activities.
• Technical support around actuarial roles – Ranging from traditional support such as pricing, valuation and reserving techniques, ICAAP and capital management to Appointed Actuary and expert witness roles.
• Strategy, product & distribution – Such as M&A support and market entry. We work closely with our corporate finance colleagues to provide an end-to-end strategic review and buy/sell side services to insurance clients. We assist existing insurers with new product design including customer needs analysis, strategic positioning and market entry distribution approaches.
