Careers in Adelaide

Deloitte is further strengthening its presence in South Australia, with a significant expansion of the Firm's Consulting practice, and the launch of a Centre for Innovation and Technology in Adelaide.

Investing in Adelaide

Our ten-year vision for South Australia, Make it Adelaide, forecast that, by 2027, South Australia could be a thriving $134 billion economy, and home to two million people.

Our significant expansion to around 800 people in Adelaide supports this potential, providing employment opportunities for the state’s best school leavers and brightest graduates, a career change or second career option, and prompting the return of some who had sought career opportunities elsewhere.

Deloitte Adelaide offers professional services across technology consulting, human capital, audit & assurance, cyber security, financial advisory, risk advisory and tax.

Deloitte will create up to 500 jobs over the next two years with the launch of a new Centre for Innovation and Technology in Adelaide.

NEWS | 6 September 2021

Deloitte will create up to 500 jobs over the next two years with the launch of a new Centre for Innovation and Technology in Adelaide.

The Centre and its people will partner with local research teams from South Australian universities in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and cyber to develop innovative solutions for Australian businesses. Supporting the firm’s 9,600 professionals across the country, it will then deploy these solutions, and others, in the delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects for Deloitte clients.

The Centre will provide local employment and market-leading development opportunities for South Australia’s top talent and attract professionals who had moved elsewhere back to the state. The Centre will support our clients across areas that include the public sector, as well as the defence and space industries.

Deloitte are currently recruiting Graduates for The Centre. Further employment opportunities, including school leavers and experienced hires will be advertised in the coming months.

Deloitte Australia CEO, Adam Powick, said: “Our Adelaide Centre for Innovation and Technology further elevates our commitment to innovation and enhances our ability to support our clients with digital risk, digital accounting, cyber, data, and cloud technology capabilities. This is a bold investment for our firm – in new professional services talent, in the growth of our business, and in the South Australian market.”
