StandOUT is our group of LGBTI+ ‘out’ role models from a range of business units who contribute to our LGBTI+ inclusion strategy. Our initiatives support our overall goal of creating an inclusive environment where all our people feel respected, valued and included.
During the year, we celebrate days of significance like 12 Days of StandOUT, International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), and Wear It Purple Day.

SWP Human Rights Conference
As a part of Sydney World Pride, we played our part in raising awareness of the human rights issues facing LGBTQIA+ communities. We also created the Wonderful, Proud and Free report, which outlines the benefits of LGBTQ+ inclusive workplaces, using findings from the Australian Workplace Equality Index 2022 national employee survey,

Our gender affirmation policy
We want our people to feel valued, supported and safe. We're creating awareness by celebrating days of significance, such as International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT).
We have guidelines for team members affirming their gender and additional leave to offer them during this process. And we upskill coaches on supporting team members through this process to enable the best support possible.
