Sasha Cameron joined Deloitte through our Vacationer Program before starting as a Graduate in Monitor Deloitte. Early in her career, she was exposed to a wide range of projects, each with different expectations and responsibilities.

Developing skills quickly
For Sage Ranasinghe, who joined our Cyber practice with a background in law, early client exposure shaped her confidence from the start.
Being involved in client-facing work helped her see how her contributions created real impact. Rather than being shielded from complexity, she was supported to learn in real time. That hands-on experience accelerated her communication skills and gave her confidence she didn’t know she had yet.
Faye Ma’s experience in Sustainability & Climate Change was similar. Working across different industries early in her career gave her insight into how organisations operate and how decisions are made at senior levels.
