Deloitte South Africa becomes an experienced SAP Concur partner

Deloitte South Africa has signed a strategic alliance with SAP Concur®, a SAP® subsidiary, and announced that the team from Zentae Consulting (Pty) Ltd, one of Africa’s most experienced service providers for SAP Concur solutions, joined the professional services firm effective 1 March 2022. This positions Deloitte as a leading implementer of SAP Concur solutions in Africa.

“As businesses and finance teams across Africa advance their digital journey, leaders are seeking more flexible digital finance solutions, and we believe that the SAP Concur platform is an ideal fit. We are very proud and excited about this alliance,” said Deloitte Africa Assurance Services Leader, Greg Haskins.

SAP Concur is the leading brand for integrated travel, expense and invoice management solutions, providing cloud-based, Software as a Service scalable solutions to take companies of all sizes and stages beyond automation to a completely connected spend management solution.

“Digital disruption means businesses are moving faster and they don’t want to be slowed down by inefficient processes. When it comes to spend management, organisations need a tool that will speed up claiming and reimbursement processes while also making it simpler to manage spending and enforce policies. SAP Concur solutions provides this ,” said Haskins.

As a result of the transaction, Zentae’s founder Trevor Erlank will join Deloitte as an Associate Director, together with two staff members. Zentae Consulting started working with SAP Concur solutions over five years ago and is a long standing delivery partner. “The team from Zentae Consulting brings us deep expertise in SAP Concur configuration and support services and Deloitte is now able to support clients through all aspects of their SAP Concur journey: from business case planning and configuration through to training, change management, and post-implementation support services,” said Haskins.
