Tumelo has over 20 years’ experience having worked in both the internal and external client-facing (management consulting) Human Capital roles. With over ten years’ experience in management consulting, she has worked with the public and private sector clients, specialising in Organisation Design, Reward (end to end including STI & LTI schemes), HR Strategy, Talent and Performance Management and Change Management projects. She serves as special advisor to her client’s Remuneration Committee’s and she has previously served as a Board member and Remco Chairperson. Tumelo has managed multiple complex business transformation projects for her clients whilst building lasting impactful relationships. In an internal role, Tumelo worked at both operational and strategic HR roles, being part of Exco herself, whilst supporting the leadership team to implement various people initiatives.
