Trisha Naicker

Trisha is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and has some 10 years of professional experience. She has led work in remit of digital transformation, strategy and growth, ESG strategy and value-beyond compliance. Having worked internationally and locally, she is experienced in leading complex mining projects and working with teams from different backgrounds. Trisha is highly skilled in delivering fit-for-purpose solutions, critical analysis, managing complex stakeholders and innovative solutioning. Her core competency areas include: operations planning and execution, operating model design, growth strategy, cost optimisation and business improvement.
