Trevor is a leader in the Southern Africa Human Capital practice. He specialises in human capital and business transformation consulting in the financial services and public sector industries. He also served as Global Deloitte Leader for Organisation Design for five years from 2011-2016.
He has directed and managed projects in three key areas:

• Large scale organisation transformation including enterprise level operating model and organisational design and implementation.
• HR strategy, process and technology design and implementation.
• Strategic organisational change including large scale change management and leadership team development.

Trevor has significant experience in delivering projects in South Africa as well as delivering on large scale business transformation projects across the world in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Mauritius and Turkey.
