Sally-Anne Mitchley | Deloitte

Sally-Anne is an associate director in the Deloitte mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax team with 13 years of experience in audit and tax. She regularly manages and executes on due diligence engagements which involve multiple African jurisdictions, coordinating the diligence engagement and ensuring consistency of reporting. Sally-Anne has managed and provided assistance and advice on several client mergers and restructuring projects.

Prior to joining the M&A tax team, she specialised in corporate tax and has extensive experience in year-end tax audits, tax return reviews, tax accounting and tax advisory work, where clients included several large listed and unlisted clients with subsidiaries in multiple African jurisdictions.

Sally-Anne is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds a Higher Diploma in Tax.
