Richard McWilliams is a director of Deloitte Consulting South Africa. He was the leader of the Deloitte SAP practice from 2000 to 2007 and is currently the leader of the Flexible Resource Management practice, the Business Risk Leader of Consulting Africa, and the Business Risk Leader for Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory. He has more than 24 years of consulting experience with tier one clients.
Richard is an experienced Programme Director & SAP Programme Management professional. He brings deep insight into methodologies, programme/project management skills and a process orientated project approach. Richard is experienced with the delivery of Joint Venture Programmes & Redesign SAP Projects within large organizations; including having project managed two large First Customer Shipment (FCS) SAP projects within SABMiller. Richard has progressed from a functional SAP consultant, having team lead Manage Assets Process Teams and taken responsibility for the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation. His programme management skills are based on a detailed understanding of the activities required for a successful Redesign SAP implementation and make him an excellent choice for key roles in major engagements.
