Nasheer Chowthee

Nasheer is a Director in the Financial Services Advisory (FSA) division of Deloitte Africa. He has 14 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. He leads the division’s Financial Innovation and Technology (FinTech) offering. 

Nasheer is responsible for bringing several world-class FinTech innovations to the market such as the Deloitte App Suite, which is host to a number of in-house developed apps. These apps are designed and developed to address a broad range of needs across the financial services industry and are currently in use by clients across the globe.

Nasheer also has extensive experience in the design and development of advanced financial and statistical models with particular focus on IFRS 9 Impairment Models, Capital Models, Credit Scoring and Pricing Models for Tier 1 / Tier 2 banks.
