Leslie leads the Reward and Well-being practice within Deloitte Southern Africa.
His core capabilities and expertise lie in advising and assisting clients in the design and implementation of reward strategies, pay models as well as short and long term incentive schemes. Leslie is an acknowledged leader in the design and implementation of value based incentives focused on driving organisational performance. He also has experience working on merger and transition transactions for leading South African companies.
In addition Leslie assists organisations and their HR functions to align future business priorities to future workforce requirements. Using analytical tools and solutions, he supports organisations to plan for the workforce of the future.
Leslie has over 15 years’ experience across a wide variety of industries. As a result, Leslie is the adviser to a number of remuneration committees.
