Laila Horton

Laila is an Associate Director in the Deloitte Africa Financial Advisory Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) team. With a strong background in infrastructure development, she has extensive experience in water and sanitation, solid waste management, municipal governance, accommodation, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). She has successfully worked on both the advisory and implementation sides of international development projects, as well as in government and donor roles.
