Jacqui is a Senior Manager in the Customer & Digital Transformation unit at Deloitte Africa. With 20 years of marketing experience, outside of the firm and in Monitor Deloitte, The Greenhouse and as the Marketing Leader for the Consulting service Line in Africa, Jacqui was well placed to take the lead on the digital transformation of the firm’s go-to-market strategy in 2018.
Jacqui also works on the Africa Customer & Marketing team focusing on the marketing organisation of the future and the CMO’s evolving role in the digital economy.
