Davendran partners with clients to translate business strategies, operating models and systems, into new ways of work and to drive organisational value. He is a Human Capital specialist with advisory expertise in large-scale business transformations. Davendran has experience in both front office and shared services operating model design and implementations. Within Deloitte Africa, Davendran is the business model transformation subject matter expert interfacing across solutions from a human capital perspective. He is also the Deloitte Human Capital Lead for the TMT industry and is responsible for tailoring solutions to meet the industry needs. He has global project experience in working with strategic clients in environments spanning Southern Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the United States.
