Chris leads the Deloitte Africa Tax & Legal mergers and acquisition (M&A) tax team, with 20 years of experience in audit and tax.
He specialises in providing M&A tax services to clients across the full life cycle of mergers and acquisitions. These services include buy or sell side diligence services, M&A advisory services (including group reorganisations, unbundling transactions, debt restructures and B-BBEE transactions) and assistance with the preparation and review of key transaction agreements and resolutions.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant (SA), has completed an LLB and holds a Masters in Taxation.
